Site-specific installation
Berlin - 2020

Encounter Space is a series of spatial devices arranged to choreograph a meeting between two strangers. The installation explores human encounter as a performative action and the methods for sharing space. Using simple elements like wooden platforms, chairs, transparent screens the installation segments the place and proposes within it different ways for interaction with a stranger. Using sound, light and scent devices, the installation creates an intimate atmosphere in times of social isolation.
